How to type the Indian Rupee symbol using keyboard

 Our Indian Rupee symbol was finalized by the Union Cabinet, Now every one want to know that how to type the Indian Rupee symbol in computer using keyboard. So i thought of sharing this small tutorial for this.

This symbol is not only the symbol of our Indian currency but it also symbolize our country and its tradition.So share this to make the Indian currency symbol popular among everyone and help Indian Rupee symbol to achieve a global status.

So here are the Steps to type the Indian Rupee Symbol

• We use a font that is designed by Foradian Technologies.
• Download the font Rupee.tff from here . (Not working??) Then Click Here
• Copy this file in fonts folder(Located in Control Panel>>Fonts)
• Now when u want to type Rupee symbol then select font named "Rupee Foradian". 
• To type Press Tilde sign key on keyboard that is located just above tab key.(As view in following image)

• New Rupee symbol will appear in front of you.
• Done!!!!!
