In present time a lot of people have higher qualification but they don't have any job according their qualification. Every fresher seeks a place in MNC, But when they do not get success then they contact to any consultancy company for further job. But now a days many consultancies are fraud. It is just like a trap. They took a big amount from clients and offers them a assured job in any big company. Now that time we Want to Check about that Company whether it is Fake or Registered?

It is not only just for any unemployed person but also for a businessman, money investor too.Before investing in any company for any kind of dealing or job we should check some important things about the company. So friends here are the way to find out about any company.

Tips to find out Company is Fake or Real

Check Company's Website

• When you here about any company or want to know about company then very first you should search about that company on Google so we can reach the company website. Now in company's website look for "About us" or "Contact us". Through that links you can find some basic detail about company. But this is not all, we need. 
• Today it is a very small task to make a website about our requirements. You can check about the company website reliability by some popular websites like whois.net, domaintools.com, networksolutions.com etc. From these websites you can find out a lot of things about company website like-

• Company or LLP Name
• Company’s address
• Website age i.e date of creation and date of expiry
• On what name domain is registered
• Which server used to host the website etc.

From above described things we can check reliability of any website by some following assumption.

• Company's website should be register with company name, address. If it is registered on some persons name then it could be a trap. For example if the company name is ABC pvt ltd and you got email by a personal email id not from the company's mail id then there could be something suspicious and if website is abc.com then their Email id should be like hr@abc.com or contact@abc.com. 
• Check the age of website i.e date of creation of website so you can judge the company level.

Check company is registered on ministry of corporate

All registered companies must be in the list of Government website of that country. Visit the MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) website and enter company's full name and search if it is found then OK otherwise there may be something doubtful.

Use RTI (Right to Information) Act 

You can submit a RTI application against the company to get the whole information about the company.

Use social networking sites like Facebook to know about company

Social networking sites are very useful to know about any thing. Through these sites we connect to a large amount of people.

Join some Facebook groups like Job Seeker, Company Placement, India Jobs etc. In these groups ask your question about company because may be someone faced that company sometime and give your answer about that company.

So friends be alert and protect yourself before you trapped in a fraud.
